Let's chat. This sucker is difficult. When I moved to Colorado and started hiking, I realized the question people asked was NOT: "How many miles did you hike?". It was always: "What was your elevation gain?". Well, The Incline has an elevation gain of 2,011 feet (613 meters) in less than a mile. It's a long, steep set of stairs that reminds you of your mortality and how you just might die today. Death by stairs.
